Career Summary: Following high school, pursued a career in nursing.
While at the Jewish General Hospital continued further studies:
• Sir George Williams University, Montreal, graduating with a certificate in
Travel & Tourism.
• Bishop’s University, Lenoxville, Quebec, intense course: “Power training”
group dynamics, management techniques, team building, problem solving, human & public
relations
After a 25 year stint in nursing, moved to Toronto to begin a second career full time in the travel industry, with a
primary focus in outbound travel planning and product development, creating programs, tours, group travel,
operations, administration and office management.
In Toronto further education at Seneca College obtaining a certificate
in English Communication Skills.
In 1991 joined the team of Tourcan Vacations as Operations Manager and over the years became General Manager and focused mainly on destinations in South East Asia and the South Pacific as well as the Middle East.
In 1997, Tourcan Vacations joined hands with Skylink and as the office grew, additional destinations were promoted by an ever growing staff familiar and specializing in tourist destinations world wide.
In 2005 a new “desk” was created focusing specifically on the Holyland and religious Christian destinations in Europe. At that time, I headed up the newly established “Go Israel Travel” office and have been manager of FIT & Group Operations since that time.

Lived in Barbados for 6 months
